Eric Wimberger was born and raised in the Green Bay area. After high school, he attended St. Cloud State University. Active in student affairs, he was the student body president before receiving a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
Eric Wimberger then drove a semi-truck for a local trucking company long haul. He logged more than 120k safe miles before enrolling at Marquette University Law School.
With his Juris Doctor, Eric Wimberger was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate where he honed his legal skills. He was stationed mostly in Japan and Washington D.C., honorably discharging as a Captain He served as Senior Defense Counsel at MCAS Iwakuni, Senior Legal Assistance Officer at MCAS Iwakuni, and Attorney Adviser for the Department of the Navy Physical Evaluation Board.
Home in 2010, Eric Wimberger opened his law practice, diligently representing his clients for the ends of justice as a “Super Lawyer Rising Star.”
When not developing his law practice, he serves on the philanthropic Cloud Family Foundation as a board member. You can also find him frequently at his family’s business, Sweet Memories Candy Shoppe, in Lakewood.
